Once you've completed the application form on this page, we will review your application against our job requirements, taking time to read each application carefully.

We may then invite you to submit a video interview for the review of the hiring manager. This video interview is often followed by a test or short project that allows us to determine whether you will be a good fit for the team.

At this point, we will invite you to interview with our hiring manager either by Zoom or in-person.

Sales Lead

UK Based

As we grow and realise the opportunity for our business, we are looking to build our sales team. Our client base are enterprise sized technology manufacturers and software companies that sell through partners. We foster global relationships with senior and VP level leaders, and invite our network to join our Channel Meet Up community, which includes three in-person events per year and an online forum.

 

We are a very fast paced business, with high aspirations. This is an opportunity to join a growing business at the start and be an integral part of the journey.

 

As the key individual responsible for driving growth, it is crucial that you excel in hunter sales activities, with a natural aptitude for connecting with people, opening up new conversations and working independently to find leads.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse industry/market trends, account lists and competitive activity to develop and execute strategic sales plans to deliver against annual revenue and profit targets.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to align on brand, message and campaigns.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, secure high-level appointments, and manage opportunities to close deals consistently and drive profitable sales growth.
  • Expand relationships within our top tier accounts to open up new opportunities.
  • Take a pro-active role at our Channel Meet Up events, and in the Online Forum to drive memberships, start new conversations, build relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Work with our strategic partners and Channel Meet Up sponsors on joint opportunities.
  • Be an advocate for 7Demand on social media and within our communities.
  • Maintain pipeline reports, produce monthly sales reports, forecast updates and continuously improve our sales insights reporting.

 

Required skills

  • Proven track record in growing business for agencies in the technology industry
  • A hunter sales mindset: Proactive, positive mindset, able to take initiative and bringing great energy
  • Have a good working knowledge of partner marketing programs and technology channels
  • Great communicator/presenter and happy to take the stage at our Channel Meet Up events
  • Be comfortable leading senior level meetings in person or remotely.

Client Manager

Remote Based

7Demand are looking for seasoned Client Managers with a natural flare for client success.  You will be responsible for cultivating and enhancing client relationships to uncover revenue opportunities, as well as overseeing operations to guarantee exceptional client experiences.

As Client Manager you will manage clients, create opportunities, consult to understand the requirements, close business and set projects up with the delivery team, working to monthly and quarterly targets. 

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Own clients and develop deep relationships across the business to create more client conversations and grow pipeline
  • Run scoping calls with clients to capture the brief, bringing management team and/or subject experts in as required to support, write scope of work documents for clients
  • Track all opportunities and projects in HubSpot, own your client pipeline
  • Project resourcing: Develop briefs, make resourcing decisions, brief the team.
  • Own client on-boarding, run project kick off calls, introduce delivery team
  • Lead the client engagement, running project plans for services clients, and staying connected to check in on outsourced resource clients
  • Be an advocate for 7Demand on social media and within our communities

Required skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with attention to grammar
  • Minimum 5+ years in B2B technology marketing (ideally working in Partner marketing / channel marketing)
  • Have a good working knowledge of partner marketing programs and technology channels
  • Excellent HubSpot CRM skills
  • Excellent project manager with attention to detail
  • Have a passion for making clients exceptionally happy
  • Able to juggle multiple projects, deadlines, and accounts. Multi-tasking is key.
